Selma – Johnny Elmer Pilkington, Jr., age 72, died Monday, August 14, 2017. Born March 5, 1946 in Johnston County he was a son of the late Johnny Elmer and Marguerite Wiggs Pilkington. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Pilkington. Johnny was a member of Parrish Memorial Baptist Church in Selma.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 19, 2017 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home. Burial will be conducted at a later date in Pilkington Family Cemetery.
Surviving are his son, Johnathan Pilkington of Raleigh; and brother, Larry Pilkington and wife Belle of Selma.
