Dunn – Johnny Lee Black, age 60, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020, in the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield. Born July 24, 1959, in Elberton County, GA, he was a son of the late Newt Lee Black and Estell Saxton Black. Johnny was an electrician for many years and he will be missed greatly by his family. He is preceded in death by his sisters, Sue Kennedy and Helen Allen and his brothers, Roscoe and Thomas Black.
Due to current circumstances a memorial service will be held at a later date.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Mrs. Marjorie Wells Black; sons, Joshua Lee Black of Dunn and Austin Wesley Black of Dunn; sister Ann Yelton of Hodges, SC. He is loved by all his many nieces and nephews.
