Joyce Langley Tedder
Lucama: Joyce Langley Tedder, 81, received her Heavenly reward on Wednesday morning while at Wilson Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.
Joyce was born in Wilson County on March 7, 1936 to the late Ralph and Sally Langley. She was married to the late Raymond Tedder. Joyce’s greatest love was her family, she was very proud of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren; they were the light of her life.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. followed by a service celebrating her life at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Kenly Funeral Service with the Rev. David Dupree officiating. Burial will follow in the Aycock Family Cemetery.
Joyce is survived by her sons, Ronnie Tedder and wife Doris of Morehead City and Joey Tedder and wife Sandra of Middlesex; sister, JoAnn Collier and husband Brantley of Lucama; 8 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
