Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. Judith Carol Wallace Blackmon, age 74, of 474 Juniper Church Road passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2019, at her residence. Funeral Service will be held 3:00PM Thursday, December 19, 2019, at Faith Free Will Baptist Church in Four Oaks. Officiating will be Rev. Donnie Massey. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Blackmon was born on June 13, 1945 in Johnston County to the late Arthur and Virginia Dunn Wallace. She worked in the textile industry. Mrs. Blackmon was a member of Faith Free Will Baptist Church of Four Oaks.
Survivors are sons, Dwayne and wife, Lynn Blackmon of Four Oaks and Douglas and wife, Angie Blackmon of Four Oaks; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Jean Byrd of the Cleveland area, Barbara Johnson of Garner, and Peggy Smith of Four Oaks; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 1:30PM to 2:30PM, Thursday, December 19, 2019 prior to the service in the fellowship hall and other times at the home.
