Kathy Delli-Bovi Bangert, 71, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at her home.
Kathy was born in Port Jefferson, NY on April 11, 1947 to the late Victor and Vivian Arnabaldi Delli-Bovi. She had perused cosmetology, but with her husband’s support, decided to stay home and raise their three children. She loved her husband, children, and son-in-law’s dearly and above all else, spoiling her three grandchildren. Kathy and her late husband, Fred, shared 48 years on June 3, 2016 prior to his passing.
She is survived by her daughters, Sarah Moore and husband Jeff of Garner, Kate Roseman and husband Jeff of Garner; two brothers, Deane Delli-Bovi and wife Marie, Jan Delli-Bovi both of New York; grandchildren, Hannah and Ashlyn Moore, and Kenley Roseman; sister-in-law, Eleanor Polgar; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Bangert and son, Jonathan Bangert.
