Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Lawrence Eldridge Stanley, age 81, of Parkertown Road, passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Funeral Services will be 3:00PM-Thursday, April 1, 2021 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks. Rev. Jessie Brock will officiate. Burial will follow in the Parker Family Cemetery, Four Oaks.

Mr. Stanley was born on December 20, 1939 in Johnston County to the late Clarence Eldridge and Aileen Knuckles Stanley. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Glenn Stanley and Ray Stanley. Mr. Stanley was a retired brick mason and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving include his wife, Linda Parker Stanley of Four Oaks; children, Terry Stanley and wife, Bonnie of Benson, Kathy S. Cobb and husband, Regan of Benson, Tony Stanley and wife, Faye of Four Oaks; grandchildren, Amber Holland and husband, Jeffrey, Mackenzie Stanley and Chase Stanley; great-grandchildren, Kaegan Holland , Peyton Holland, Riley Holland; step-grandchildren, Lanie Dean, Christa Johnson; step great-grandchildren, Ryleigh, Paisley, Gunner and Hudson; sister, Faye Stanley and husband, Wayne of Four Oaks; brothers, Junior Stanley and wife, Carolyn of Benson; Charles Stanley of Four Oaks; numerous nieces and nephews; special dog, Bruce.

The family will receive friends 1:30PM-2:30PM- Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC and other times at the home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kathy Cobb, 500 Denning Road Benson, NC 27504 to help with final expenses.

In Accordance with NC-COVID -19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing and the three W’s: wait, wash, and wear a face covering. Masks are required for all services and all COVID 19 protocols will be followed.
