Smithfield -Lili Romaine Lee, age 68 passed away on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 in SECU Hospice House of Smithfield. She was born on June 3, 1952, a daughter of the late Lumas Lee and Foy Ray Lee in Johnston County. She was preceded in death by her brother, Steve Lee. She attended Louisburg College and UNCW. She worked with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Department with the Juvenile Justice Program. She was an advocate for children’s’ education and development. She was an avid tennis and racquetball player. She loved animals and especially her dog Harley. She is survived by a sister, as well as a niece and nephew.
