Coats, NC: Mrs. Linda Turner Lee, age 70, of 32 Brandon Lane died Friday at St. Mary’s Hospital in Richmond, VA. Funeral services will be held 4:00PM Tuesday at Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. Pastor Eddie White will officiate. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery in Benson, NC.
Mrs. Lee was born November 25, 1946 in Henrico County, Virginia to the late Ben and Helen Farmer Turner. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Angela Gray McLamb and brother, Roy Turner. Mrs. Lee retired from Chicopee and was also a homemaker.
Surviving are husband of 23 years, John I. Lee; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Howard Hayes of Faison; son and daughter-in-law, Rusty and Robyn McLamb of Clayton; grandchildren, Melissa Otto, Eric Little, Turner McLamb, Ashleigh McLamb, Josh Holder and Ethan Hayes; great grandchildren, Carson Otto and Peyton Terrill; step-children, John Ross Lee, Amy Dawn Lee and Jamie Brian Lee; step-grandson, Jackson Lee; sisters, Barbara Kline, Brenda Avery and Belva Madore; brothers, Joe Turner and Ben Turner; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2:30PM to 3:45PM Tuesday at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson and other times at the home.
