Mt. Olive- Sarah Louise Jackson Barefoot, age 80, died early Monday morning, November 12, 2018 in the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield. Born July 16, 1938 in Johnston County she was the daughter of the late Ransom and Frances Lawhorn Jackson. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Curtis Barefoot; and brothers, Robert Allen Jackson and James Harold Jackson. Louise was a member Mt. Olive First Pentecostal Holiness Church.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 in Antioch Methodist Church Cemetery in Four Oaks with Rev. Jeff Dail officiating.
Surviving are her son, John Christopher Barefoot; daughter, Darlene B. Quinn and husband Mitchell; and granddaughter, Sarah Elizabeth Quinn, all of Mt. Olive.
