Bailey: Margaret Lillian Ham Barnes, 77, passed away Wednesday evening at Wilson Medical Center.
Margaret was born in Johnston County on June 26, 1941 to the late James Willie and Mary Ellen Callihan Ham. She was a member of the Independence Pentecostal Holiness Church in Bailey.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Independence Pentecostal Holiness Church in Bailey with Rev. Phillip Hawley officiating. The family will greet friends following the service at the church.
Margaret is survived by her husband on forty three years, Danny Ray Barnes; daughter, Teresa Adkins McKeel and husband Charles of Bailey; sons, Donald Ray Barnes of Bailey, Robert Earl Futch of Kenly, Terry Lee Futch of Lucama, and Thomas Earl Futch of Fremont; 10 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Dewey Lee Futch; daughters, Connie Lynn Futch, and Patricia Ann Watson; and a sister, Peggy Ham.
