Selma – Melody Corbett Beal age 57, passed away Friday March 13, 2020. She was born in Johnston County August 7, 1962 to the late Billy and Yvonne Moore Corbett.
A funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home Tuesday March 17, 2020 at 1 PM with burial to follow at Corbett Hatcher cemetery. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Beal is survived by husband if 26 years, Claude Beal Sr.; Son C.W. Langston and wife Katie of Selma; Step son, Claude Beal Jr.; Step daughter, Jessica Frazier of Greensboro; Brother, Tim Corbett of Selma; Step Brothers, Ricky Webb of Princeton, Donald Webb of Four Oaks; Sister, Sheila Corbett of Selma; Granddaughter, Caroline Langston. Mrs. Beal enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter Carolina.
