Nancy Louise Burgess, age 80, died Friday, April 19, 2019 in O’Berry Neuromedical Treatment Center in Goldsboro. Born December 5, 1938 in Johnston County to the late Arthur Lee and Pauline Lee Burgess, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Eugene Burgess in 2009.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Crocker Cemetery.
Surviving are her brother, Curtis Burgess and wife Nellie of Pikeville and sister, Debbie Sasser and husband Charlie of Woodstock, GA.
