Nelson Eli Lee, 70, of Princeton passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Wake Medical Center of heart failure. He was surrounded by his family. He was born October 5, 1947 to the late Joe Raymond Lee and Lena Mae Olive Lee of Brogden. The funeral will be held at Casey Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 3:00 pm with the Reverend Jack Booth officiating. Burial will take place at the Progressive Church Cemetery immediately following the service.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Peggy Game Lee; sons, Craig Lee and wife, Sandy Lee of San Antonio, Texas, William Joseph Lee of Dallas, Texas; three grandchildren, Morgan, Jake and Connor Lee of San Antonio, Texas; sisters, Sara Pat McCullough and husband, Wayne of Fayetteville, Kathy Hodge and husband, Jerry of Selma; brother, Danny Joe and wife, Carla of Stantonsburg, as well as many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm at Casey Funeral Home Chapel.
