    BARTLESVILLE, OK – Pansy Brown Stallings, 71, of Bartlesville, OK, previously from Willow Spring, NC, died December 28, 2020. She was born October 6, 1949 in Johnston County. She was the daughter of Willie and Carrie Game Brown of Pine Level.

    Pansy worked 34 years in healthcare having worked at the Johnston County Health Department for many years and worked mostly in Labor and Delivery at Johnston Memorial Hospital. Pansy had a piano ministry that started at the very young age of 3. She began playing for church at the age of 6. She played for many different gospel groups as well as various churches throughout her life. Later in life she used the social platform, Facebook, to share church hymns with her God-gifted talent to people across the world. She would also share her gift if she found a piano in random places. She would sit down and play; be it at a music store, a hospital, hotel lobby, cruise ship or restaurant. She shared her gift with everyone that would listen. She touched lives near and far with her gift.

    She was preceded in death by her parents; Willie and Carrie Game Brown; Son, Kevin Woodard; and brother, Vic Brown.

    She is survived by husband, Harold D. (Pete) Stallings of Bartlesville, OK; Daughters, Carol Creech of Princeton, Beth Toler (Steven) of Benson, Hollie Blackwell (Edward) of Four Oaks; Step-Sons, Cam Stallings of Wilson’s Mills, Eric Stallings (Melissa) of Wilson’s Mills; 11 Grandchildren; 4 Great-Grandchildren; Niece, Lynn Barwick (Roger) of Dudley and great a niece and nephews.

    Virtual Memorial Services are planned for Bartlesville, OK and North Carolina at a later date.
