Patricia “Pat” Dudley Howell, 77 of Princeton, passed away Saturday October 19, 2019 at Rex Hospital where she went to be with her loving Lord Savior. Mrs. Howell was born August 31, 1942 in Johnston County. She was the daughter of the late Dewey Robert Dudley and Esther Martin Dudley Sasser. Mrs. Howell was also preceded in death by her husband Kenneth ”Ken” Burns Howell and a brother, Lionel Dudley.
Mrs. Howell was a member of Princeton Baptist Church, where she was very active in many capacities including Care Program, Triple L’s and as a Sunday School Teacher.
The funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 pm Tuesday October 22, 2019 at the Princeton Baptist Church with Reverend Dwayne Batten and Reverend Dennis Pollock officiating. The visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 pm Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at the Princeton Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. The committal service will be at 11:00 am at the Princeton Cemetery.
Mrs. Howell is survived by 2 sons: Kenneth Bryan Howell of Princeton and Paul Raymond Howell (Stacy Hersey) of Princeton, Sister; Cindy Taylor (Rodney) of LaGrange, granddaughter; Alison R. Howell.
All though flowers are welcome, the family suggests that Memorial Contributions be made to the Princeton Baptist Church, 211 S. Pearl Street, Princeton, NC 27569.
