Smithfield – Patricia Rose Ranucci, age 79, died Tuesday, July 03, 2018 in UNC Rex Healthcare in Raleigh. Born December 30, 1938 in Johnston County she was a daughter of the late Wilbert and Erma Roberson Price. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Rose; and brother, Spencer Price. Patricia was a member of Tee’s Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Smithfield.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 5, 2018 in Tee’s Chapel FWB Church with Rev. Dennis Pollock officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Thursday just prior to the service.
Surviving are her husband, Joseph Ranucci, Jr.; sons, Charles Rose and wife Wanda and Travis Rose, all of Smithfield; daughters, Judy Barnes and husband Kenneth of Four Oaks, and Candy Johnson and husband Marc of Smithfield; brothers, Dwight Price of Raleigh, and Gene Price and wife Rosalee of Princeton; sister, Carolyn Kidder and husband Jack of Garner; eight grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.
