Smithfield – Patricia Ann Sullivan Radford, age 66, died early Thursday morning, July 20, 2017 in Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Born August 2, 1950 in Wilson County she was a daughter of the late Ezra Green and Hattie Lee Medlin Sullivan. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Geraldine Nichols, Dorothy Sullivan, Betty Frances Kennedy, Carolyn Sharpe, and Eva Gray Pridgen. Patricia was a member of Tee’s Chapel FWB Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 23, 2017 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Pollock and Rev. Jerry Stephenson officiating. Burial will follow in Knollwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Saturday evening at the funeral home.
Surviving are her husband, Albert Radford; daughters, Wendy Bales and husband Brian of Smithfield, and Cristy Mitchiner and husband Randall of Raleigh; stepsons, Robert Lee Radford and wife Nicole of Selma, and Anthony Scott Radford and wife Sandy of Archer’s Lodge; brothers, Elwood Sullivan and wife Lucille, Phil Sullivan and wife Carol, and Earl Sullivan and wife Cathy; sisters, Marie Davis and husband Glenn, and Lou Ellen Boswell and husband Roy; and grandchildren, Brandon Bales, Blake Radford, Emily Bales, Kaitlyn Radford, Chase Mitchiner, and Laci Mitchiner.
