Robert “Bob” Edward Brasington, 84, of Princeton passed away at UNC Johnston Health on Tuesday, September 25, 2018. Bob was born on August 3, 1934 in Cheraw, South Carolina to the late James Bryard Brasington and Nathalie Burch Brasington. In addition to this parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Mavis Toler Brasington; sister, Kathylene Chestnut; and brother, Eugene Brasington.
Funeral services will be held in Casey Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 12:00 Noon with the Reverend Dwayne Batten officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 28, 2018 from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon at Casey Funeral Home Chapel.
He is survived by brothers, Henry Brasington, and James Brasington both of Cheraw, South Carolina; sister, Eunice B. Hinson of Cheraw, South Carolina; sisters-in-law, Sue Martin , Joyce Pilkington, Jackie Matthews, Joyce Dudley of Princeton; special niece, Heidi Moore of Princeton, and several nieces and nephews.
