Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. Rosario Crespo Phelps, age 79, of 588 Devil’s Racetrack Road, died Thursday at her residence in Four Oaks. Graveside Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday at Hills of the Neuse Memory Gardens in Smithfield. Rev. Beth Burton-Williams will officiate.
Mrs. Phelps was born on August 17, 1938 in Ecija, Spain to the late Pedro Molina Ramirez and Patrocino Crespo Calvo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Phelps; brother, Angel Molina. Mrs. Phelps left work to devote her time to family, home and her gardens.
Surviving are her children and spouses, Jose Phelps of Pine Level; and Maria P. Johnson and Robert of Smithfield, Yvonne P. Matthews and Charles of Four Oaks; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks and other times at the home.
