    Deceased Date: 02/12/2020

Kryn, Sandra Grace (née Carruthers) peacefully passed into Eternity surrounded by her family February 12, 2020. Sandra was born July 18, 1949 in Bentley, Alberta, Canada as the youngest of nine children to Melville and Merron Carruthers. She completed high school in Red Deer, Alberta, graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Alberta, in Edmonton, Alberta, and completed her residency in hospital pharmacy in London, Ontario. Thereafter, she taught pharmacy, worked in hospital and clinical pharmacy, and owned her own clinical pharmacy. She married Edward Kryn in May 1975. They happily lived and raised their three children in Ontario, Canada. Sandra was entirely dedicated to God and His Church, and to her husband and children. She homeschooled her three children. She gave them not only an excellent education, but the love and knowledge of the Faith. She gave up the riches of this world, so they would have the chance to gain the riches of Eternity. For this, they are eternally grateful. They will forever miss her presence in their lives now, but are comforted to know they can be reunited with her in Heaven. Sandra simultaneously was dedicated to her husband and managed his medical practice. She was involved in many church organizations, including various choirs, pro-life ministry, women’s guilds and Bible studies, taught religious education, and volunteered on building committees. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends for her humble and faithful friendship, gourmet hospitality and cooking, and a joy filled smile. She is preceded in death by both her parents Merron and Melville Carruthers, and siblings Daryl, Dwain, Doreen, Laurie, Barry, and Elaine. Her loss is deeply mourned by her devoted husband Edward of 45yrs, children Jeremy (Luz Helena), Angela Redpath (Paul), and Nathan; her five grandchildren: Mark, Luke, Mariana, Matthew Paul, and Matthew Casimir; brother Blaine Carruthers (Deanna), sister Sherill Carruthers, and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
