SELMA – Sandra “Sandy’ Hodge Catlett, age 70, died Friday, August 11, 2017 in the SECU Hospice House of Smithfield. Born August 3, 1947 in Danville, VA to the late Roy Wesley and Margaret Wilson Hodge, she was preceded in death by a brother, Roy Woodard Hodge.
Surviving are her husband William H. “Bill” Catlett; sister, Phyllis H. Overby and husband Danny of Selma; nieces, Amy Godfrey Friedl of Hampton, VA and Marcie Godfrey of Selma; nephew, Roy Wesley Hodge of Eden and great niece and nephews, Zoe Friedl, Jacob Friedl, Ivey Friedl, McKenzie Godfrey, Savanna Lee and Rylan Lee.
A private memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
