Four Oaks, NC: Miss Shelby Jean Bizzell, of Strickland’s Crossroads Road passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at UNC Johnston Health Center in Smithfield. Graveside Funeral Services will be held 3:00PM Saturday, October 24, 2020 at the Antioch Methodist Church Cemetery in Four Oaks. Revs. Freddy Wayne Langston and Linwood Johnson will officiate.
Miss Bizzell was born in Johnston County to the late Norwood E. and Lucy Johnson Bizzell. She retired from Shallcross Electronic Manufacturing and attended Stewart’s Chapel Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church in Four Oaks.
Surviving include her brother, Tommy Bizzell of Four Oaks and sister, Margie Bizzell of Four Oaks; niece, Jean Massengill and husband, Raymond of Four Oaks; nephews, Marty Bizzell and wife, Karen of Clayton and Rodney Bizzell and wife, Diane of Raleigh; great nieces and nephews, Jeffrey, Jamie, Laura, and Daniel.
Miss Bizzell will be available for viewing, and you will be able to sign the register book on Friday, October 23, 2020 from 12:00PM to 5:00PM at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks. The family will not be present during this time.
In accordance with NC-COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing guidelines and the three W’s: wait, wash, and wear a face covering.
