    Four Oaks: Mr. Stacy Washington “Cooker Man” Partin, age 90, of 4378 US 301 S, died Friday,
    May 31, 2019 at his home. Funeral services will be held 2:00PM- Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Four Oaks. Officiating will be Rev. Keith Bonner, Rev. Randy Beasley, Carolyn Bonner and Tracy Partin. Burial will follow at Hills of the Neuse Memory Gardens.
    Mr. Partin was born on June 23, 1928 in Harnett County to the late Edward and Ella Williams Partin. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Partin, grandson, Stan Smith, brothers, Edward, Perrin and James and sisters, Fanny, Edith and Virginia. He owned and operated S & H Welding and later Holt Lake Welding outside Four Oaks. He was known for his famous pig cookers and blessing children with a two dollar bill. Mr. Partin was also a US Army Veteran.
    Survivors include his children, Carolyn Bonner and husband, Keith of Angier; Floyd “PeeWee” Partin of Four Oaks; and Tracy Partin and wife, Vivian of Hope Mills; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter; one step- granddaughter; sisters, Bonnie Williford and Elizabeth Casterton; many nieces and nephews.
    The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, June 3, 2019 at Rose and Graham Funeral Chapel in Four Oaks and other times at the home.
    Flowers are welcomed; however; memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity.
