PRINCETON – Susan Elizabeth Adams Griswold, age 63, died Friday evening, January 12, 2018 at her home. Born October 22, 1954 in Johnston County she was a daughter of the late William H. and Lessie McLeod Adams. Susan worked with Shallco. Inc in Smithfield for more than 40 years.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2018 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home with the Rev. Andy Stovall officiating. Burial will follow in the Knollwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. just prior to the service.
Surviving are her husband George Davis Griswold; daughter, Amy Griswold Rose and husband Andy of Princeton; brother, William Ronnie Adams and wife Sally of Newton Grove; sister, Kathy Adams White and husband George of Four Oaks; two grandchildren, Connor Franklin Rose and Emma Elizabeth Rose and a nephew, William Ronnie Adams, II of Jacksonville, FL.
