Timothy Christopher Capps, age 45, died Saturday November 27, 2021 at his home. Born September 3, 1976 in Johnston County he was a son of the late Milton Leroy and Carolyn Bennett Capps. He was preceded in death by his wife, Diane Deans Capps.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Wilson’s Mills Baptist Church, 652 Swift Creek Road, Smithfield. Burial will follow at Oakland Heights Cemetery in Smithfield.
Surviving are his brothers, Lester Capps and his wife Vickie of Selma and Robin Capps and wife Sally of Smithfield; sister, Elaine Basabe of San Diego, CA; and stepsons, Johnny Sutton from Tennessee and Christopher Sutton from Four Oaks, NC.
