Wendy Elaine Benson, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at the age of 46. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 2:00pm in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home with the family receiving friends immediately following the service and at other times at the home of Evelyn Clayton, 4000 Summerwind Court located in the Landmark Subdivision off of Guy Rd. in Clayton.
She is survived by her parents, Jim and Deborah Benson of Clayton; sister, Jamie Sanders and her husband, Kenny of Clayton; nephew, Kaden Sanders of Clayton; her beloved boxer, Jerzie; many aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Millard and Grace Pulley of Clayton; paternal grandparents, Roy and LaRue Benson of Clayton; maternal aunt and uncle, Kaye Robinson and Donald Pulley; paternal aunts, Bonnie Carroll and Darlene Garris; paternal cousins, Ricky Carroll, Susie Powell, Amy Powell and Robert Wade.
