William Bobby Hux
William Bobby Hux, 67, passed away, Saturday November 23, 2019, at his home. Mr. Hux was born May 26, 1952 in Vance County and he was the son of Benjamin Stedman and Mildred Jackson Hux.
Bobby had a love and passion for fishing and anything associated with the water. He enjoyed watching his beloved Tar Heels, and he loved sports. He took such pride in his profession of being a mail carrier, creating special friendships with his patrons and his co-workers. Most of all, Bobby loved his family…especially his children and grandchildren.
The Funeral Service will be conducted at 7:00 pm Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at Casey Funeral Home & Cremations Chapel with Reverend Neil Brantley officiating. The Committal Service will take place at 11:00 am Wednesday morning, November 27, 2019 in the Princeton Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 5:00 until 6:50 Tuesday, November 26, 2019 prior to the service.
He is survived by; daughters, Christa Mae Wright (Jared) of Calabash, Tracey Michelle Drake (Chris) of Goldsboro; step-son, Ron D. Langston of Smithfield; brothers, Ernie Hux of VA, James Francis of NY, Clinton Francis of Henderson; Sisters, Theresa Hardee Currin of Henderson Brenda Wood Lief of Burlington; grandchildren, Raegynn Wright, Savannah Wright, Cameron Drake and Maddie Drake; Former Wife and Care Giver, Connie Hux.
