Four Oaks- William Demanard Powell, age 53, died Monday, August 28, 2017 at his home. Born December 16, 1963 in Columbus, OH he was a son of the late William J. and Brunnie Hall Powell. He was preceded in death by his brother, Steve Powell.
Surviving are his wife, Tracy Powell of the home; and sister, Sheila Odahlen of Ohio.
The family will receive friends at the home.
