Four Oaks, NC: Mr. William Douglas Roberts, age 77, of Berea Church Road passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Funeral Service will be 3:00PM- Sunday, March 14, 2021 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Four Oaks. Burial will follow in the Fellowship Community Cemetery in Angier.

Mr. Roberts was born in Johnston County on April 11, 1943 to the late W. A., Jr. and Susie Massengill Roberts. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Joyce Roberts Lassiter and Delois Roberts Byrd. Mr. Roberts was a retired salesman with Westinghouse and sang bass with The Glorybound Way Quartet for 23 years.

Surviving include his wife of 57 years, Nina Wiggins Roberts; son, Chris Roberts and wife, Christy of Four Oaks; grandson, Ryan Roberts and wife, Teara of Four Oaks; great-grandchildren, Emmersyn and Rhett Roberts; brother, Jerry Roberts and wife, Gwen of Four Oaks; several loving nieces and nephews.

Mr. Roberts will be available for viewing and you may sign the register book from 1:30PM to 2:30PM, Sunday, March 14, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks prior to the service.

Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital 501 St. Jude’s Place Memphis, TN 38105..

In Accordance with NC-COVID -19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing guidelines and the three W’s: wait, wash, and wear a face covering. Masks are required for all services. The visitation will follow all COVID 19 restrictions allowing a maximum number of people in the visitation room.
