Mr. Bryant was a Retired Farmer. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, making them laugh.
Survivors of Mr. J.R. Bryant are his children, Billy Bryant of Four Oaks, Brenda Ennis of Four Oaks, Kathy Holder of Middlesex, Helen Baker of Smithfield, Travis Overcash of Four Oaks, Jennifer Bryant of Four Oaks, Amy Bartolo of Newton Grove, 19 Grandchildren, 19 Great-Grandchildren, Sister’s, Evelyn Ellis, Gladis Crocker, Mavis Baker, Betty-Lou Guin all of Four Oaks.
Mr. Bryant is preceded in death by his parents Goldie Irene Bryant and William Roby Bryant, Brothers, Billy Bryant and Earl Bryant, Sister Ruby Hayes, and Beloved Wife Annie Margaret Bryant.
