Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Willis Gilbert Lassiter, age 68, passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, NC. Graveside Funeral Services will be held 3:00PM-Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Four Oaks City Cemetery in Four Oaks, NC. Rev. Glenn McCullen will officiate.
Mr. Lassiter was born on September 22,1952 in Johnston County to the late Willis Gilbert and Hannah Allen Lassiter. He was a farmer and enjoyed spending time on his farm. His greatest loves were his family and his cows.
Surviving include his wife of 42 years, Bonnie Norris Lassiter; children, Michael West and wife, Christi; Leanne Jones and husband, Craig; and Travis Lassiter and special friend, Lindsey; grandchildren, Cameron West, Haley West, and Ethan Jones; sisters, Lou Ann Johnson and Eleanor Barbour; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00P M to 8:00PM on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks and other times at the home.

I’m going to miss seeing Mr. Lassiter. I use to meet him almost every morning going to work. He always waived to me. Such a nice man.
