Johnston County Commissioners approved adding the following roads to the State Maintained Road System in Johnston County during their October 2019 meeting:
·Carriage Creek Drive, Evie Drive, and Edwin Lane – Carriage Creek Subdivision Phase 5 – Cleveland Township
·Polenta Fields Drive, Red Angus Drive, and Black Horse Way – Polenta Fields – Cleveland Township
