The latest upgrades to improve accessibility included a new larger loading platform, improved storm drainage, new decorative lighting and fencing on the west side of the station.

The historic Selma station was built in 1923 and restored in 2002. Officials said the facility served nearly 14,000 riders in 2023 and is scheduled for further renovations and improvements in the next several years.

The Amtrak Carolinian and Palmetto trains provide daily service to Selma.

  1. @Tell the truth: we are not worried about the AC we are more concerned with how to fund transportation of our youth gang members from the inner-cities out into the suburbs via lightrail and metro busing. Us liberal progressive are more concerned with making a more even playing field for all of our immigrants coming in to this country with no transportion at all. Laughing all the way to the seclueded voting drop box with boxes of just found ballots!!!

VOTE BLUE UNTIL WE ARE THROUGH!!!
