CLAYTON – A busy intersection, neighbors say is in need of a traffic signal, was the scene of another accident, Monday evening. It happened at the intersection of Buffalo Road and Fire Department Road.
A car traveling on Buffalo Road, was at the stop sign attempting to make a left turn to travel towards Wilson’s Mills, when the driver collided with a vehicle on Buffalo Road.
One person was transported to the hospital.
Johnston County EMS, Wilson’s Mills Fire, and the State Highway Patrol responded. Firefighters worked to keep traffic flowing until the accident scene was cleared.
That intersection is chaos in the morning and 5-7 CHAOS!!!!!!
