SMITHFIELD – Police are investigating a snatch and grab robbery on Outlet Center Drive in Smithfield. It happened around 6:00pm Thursday at the Hanes Bali Playtex store.
Two suspects, only described as a black male and black female, entered the business, grabbed 102 Hanes shirts off the rack and fled out the door. The shirts were valued at $2,250.
The incident remains under investigation by the Smithfield Police Department.
