FOUR OAKS – Two women were arrested at their home on felony charges. On January 27, 2023, the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office was requested to assist NC Probation & Parole with a search at the home of Amber Nichole Rose, age 31, in the 200 block of Heath Road, off NC Highway 96 South.
During the search suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was located and seized.
Rose and a second person, Loretta Gail Baker, age 50, of the same address, was charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. Rose was also served with a warrant for felony probation violation.
Rose was held under a $75,000 secured bond. Baker was incarcerated under a $350,000 secured bond.
