Pedestrian Killed Near Four Oaks

A pedestrian was struck and killed this morning (Thursday) near Four Oaks.  The accident occurred on Old School Road about two miles from the Four Oaks city limits.

The vehicle that struck the pedestrian stopped and remained at the scene.

The State Highway Patrol is investigating the collision. The name of the victim has not been released.
