A Four Oaks man sustained minor injuries after his pickup truck overturned Wednesday afternoon on Keen Road near Holley Road east of Four Oaks.
According to the State Highway Patrol, David Lee Buchanan was traveling eastbound in a 2003 Toyota pickup when the vehicle ran off the right side of the road and struck a mailbox. The truck came back onto Keen Road, crossed the centerline, then ran off the roadway on the left. The vehicle struck a ditch then overturned in the yard of a home. Troopers said speed was not a factor.
Buchanan was transported by EMS to Wake Medical Center. No charges were filed.
