Police: Intoxicated Man Followed Victim Home Then Broke Into Residence

CLAYTON – A 21-year-old Clayton man is accused of breaking into a home and terrorizing the residents.  Just before midnight on Saturday, August 29th, Johnston County 911 received a call from residents at home on Lakeview Drive in Clayton.

The residents said an intoxicated man followed one of the residents home after getting into an argument at a nearby party. They said the man used a rock or brick to break the front door and enter the home to attempt to fight them.

Juan Carlos Cecilio-Teodoro (aka Juan Carlos Cecilio) was charged by Clayton Police with felony first-degree burglary, breaking and entering with intent to terrorize or injure, misdemeanor injury to personal property, assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct.
