Smithfield Police are asking for assistance identifying a man who stole two cell phones from the Sprint store at 1241 North Brightleaf Boulevard.
The theft was reported around 7:15pm Monday.
Police said the suspect walked into the business, removed two phones with a combined value of $1,442, and walked out the store.
The suspect is a black male, 6 foot tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds.
