Police Seek Men Who Spent Counterfeit Money At Wal-Mart

Clayton Police need your help identifying two men who spent counterfeit money at the Wal-Mart on Highway 70.

Just after 1:00am Saturday, two men spent a total of $400 of counterfeit $20 bills in four separate transactions. Their purchases included prepaid debit cards worth $125 and $163; Doritos chips, a Dr. Pepper, donuts, a pickle, men’s T-shirts, jeans, sweatshirt; a wrench, two jack stands and some crayons. The fraudsters also made off with $25.23 in change.

The duo drove off in a white, four-door sedan.
