Army PV2 Rodnetta Sandria Poston of Garner graduated from Basic Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri on April 16, 2020.
Her training involved a range of physically and mentally taxing infantry combat skills including rifle marksmanship, team building, heavy weapons training, combat lifesaver training, enhanced fire team drills, battlefield skills, and tactics training. She is currently undergoing Advanced Individual Training at Ford Leonard Wood and is specializing in Motor Transportation Operations.
Rodnetta is the daughter of Rodney and Cassandra Poston of Garner and has two siblings, Roneisha and Rodney Poston Jr.
She is a 2018 graduate of West Johnston High School near Benson.
