BENSON – A 41 year-old Benson man was arrested after a search warrant was executed August 2 at his Amy Lane address.
Brian Kevin Radford is charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony larceny, and possession of stolen property.
The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office narcotics division reportedly made undercover purchases at the address prior to the search warrant.
Agents said they seized 16 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 15 oxycodone pills, and drug paraphernalia.
Lawmen also locate a Honda ATV reported stolen on July 18 from the Benson-area home. The ATV was the personal property of a NC state trooper.
