Property Taken In Sampson Break-In Recovered

Kimberly-Barefoot-Colvin-FIJohnston County deputies have arrested a woman they allege had stolen property in her possession.

Kimberly Barefoot Colvin, 29, of Dunn had been under investigation since early-February after a chainsaw allegedly stolen during a Sampson County break-in was in her possession.

Colvin was arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged with possession of stolen property. She was given a $1,000 bond.  The chainsaw was recovered by Sampson County authorities.
