A rash of break-ins are under investigation in the Willow Spring area in Johnston County.
At least six people reported they were victimized between Sunday night and Monday morning.
Sheriff’s office spokesperson Tammy Amaon said the suspects are entering unlocked cars and storage sheds. Three of the 6 break-ins occurred on Axum Road.
Deputies have stepped up patrols in the area.
