WASHINGTON, DC – Upon being sworn into his first term in Congress, North Carolina Representative Brad Knott struck a new milestone in his family’s long tradition of service. With him to mark the occasion, and most notably, was Brad’s grandfather, J.T. Knott, Jr., a 99-year-old WWII veteran and lifelong North Carolinian.
“It is a real privilege to have my grandfather here in Washington and a memory I will treasure. From being wounded by the Nazis in World War II, serving in multiple capacities – both elected and privately – for decades in North Carolina, his deep commitment to his faith, church, the betterment of others around him, and his family all serve as a tremendous example and blessing for me personally,” Rep. Knott said. “He, in many ways, embodies the very best of this country’s principles. I am thrilled he could make it to the House of Representatives to see the 119th Congress swear in.”
Both Brad and his grandfather are lifelong North Carolinians.
So we went from fighting nazi’s to supporting one.
My dad fought against them, was also from NC and would be disgusted with the deplorable trash that has risen from the ashes.
So, who is the Nazi? Or are you just calling Rep Knott a Nazi because he doesn’t accept your political views? Hmmm let me spell it out to you very clearly about the difference between the GOP and Nazis. First of all, the GOP wants citizens to have freedoms unlike what the Nazi party wanted. GOP support the 2A unlike the Nazi party who band citizens from owning weapons, GOP believes that all people should live free, unlike the Nazi party who tried to kill off an entire race. Now let me school you in the democrat party. The party who supported owning slaves was the democrat party. The party that passed the Jim Crow law was the democrat. The KKK was founded by the democrats. The party that wanted to censor free speech was the democrat party. The party that wants to do away with the 2A is the democrat party. Hmm now as I write this it is quite clear that the democrat party more closely match their values more the Nazi party then the GOP, but hey what do I know I even though I have had family killed by the Nazi party during WW2. I guess with that said I know a lot more about the Nazi party then you do.
“Everything I don’t like is Nazism”
Give it a rest, it’s tired, and most importantly, untrue.
Congrats, Representative Knott! Help us make America great again!
