Johnston County Commissioners, at their January 2019 board meeting, approved a request by the NC Department of Transportation to add the following roads to the State Maintained System:
Saltwater Cover, E. Nostalgia Way, W. Nostalgia Way, and Willirene Way in the Meadows at Sunset Ridge Phase 3 in Cleveland Township
Fox Run in the Pleasant Hill subdivision in the Elevation Township
Valley Drive in Sun Valley subdivision in Clayton Township
