Rockin’ On Raiford Returns To Downtown Selma

SELMA – Activate Selma partners with local businesses to bring live music and entertainment to downtown Selma. The annual concert series kicks off on Thursday, March 21st with the Amy Jae Band.

Surrounding downtown businesses will be open for shopping, dining, and drinks as the Town shuts down an entire block of Raiford Street for the event. Music will begin at 6:00PM, a mobile food vendor will be onsite serving at 5:30PM, and the fun will go until 9:00PM.

Grab dinner from Mama Nems, a snack from Old Fashioned Ice Cream, or choose from a variety of drinks at Coffee on Raiford. Multiple locations now offer cold beverages in the downtown area. Coolers are not allowed, but appropriate cups from participating social district vendors are more than welcome including Quantum Toad, The Alley Bar, and Hank E Panky.

Mark your calendars for the third Thursday of each month from now through September and rock it out on Raiford with an exciting lineup of bands and performers. Bring a chair and your dancing shoes for these exciting events.
