The State Bureau of Investigation and the Vance County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help in solving an October murder case.
A $25,000 reward is now being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the death of Tommy Ellington, 61, who was found shot to death outside his rural Henderson-area home about 6:00am last October 2nd. Ellington was a farmer and owner of Quality Equipment LLC in Henderson.
