A new subdivision has been approved in Selma.

Andrew’s Way subdivision will be built on 26.13 acres of land on the east side Buffalo Road just north of the intersection with Old Beulah Road and within the towns extraterritorial jurisdiction.

Homes in the 11-lot subdivision will be served by county water and onsite septic tanks. The smallest lot will be 0.88 acres.

The Selma Town Council voted unanimously to approve the request. The Selma Planning Board had previously voted 5-to-1 in July for approval. The property is owned by Wade Eason.
